Hi, I’m Jess!
I’m a wife, foodie, and mum of four girls living just north of Toronto ON Canada.
I am a Director and product ambassador with Epicure. I am a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert and Instructor. I have a BSc in Environmental Science and take pride in incorporating sustainability, waste-reduction, and eco-friendly options in what I teach.
Food is my love language and sharing good food with the ones I love makes me happy. I love to cook. I love to cook with my girls. Sharing good food, recipes, meal-planning, and teaching everyday scratch cooking classes is where I find joy. I am passionate about teaching the next generation the value of knowing where their food comes from and what’s in it.
As a mum
I understand the need for simplicity when it comes to creating meals every day. I also understand the need to be able to trust the ingredients I cook with while still sticking to a family budget. As a product ambassador and Independent Consultant with Epicure, I found a way to share everyday scratch cooking with other busy families, teach kids cooking classes, educate others about the importance of eating well and offer a product I trust to make it possible.

I get to teach how good food can influence our overall health and well-being. I get to share everyday recipes that use simple ingredients and come together easily. I love teaching you that you don’t have to be a master chef to cook every day and you don’t have to spend $$$ or hours in the kitchen!
